Shapan Chowdhury Managing director of Antar Showbiz Ltd. and Prantar events Ltd is a renowned now in the Bangladeshi cultural field. He built the Band group "Dreamland" from this thought about Bangladeshi heritage & tradition. This is the first step towards the dreams of true music world. First Album " Chhotto Belar Smrity" (Childhood memory) hits the market in 1988, then " Tumi Chhara Ami" (Without U) in 1990. "Pasher barir oi Meye" (The girl to the next door) come in 1992. These albums took lime to the spot light. Enlisted in BTV, this band group performs in different satellite TV Channel like NTV, ATN Bangla & Channel-I regularly. Besides these 'Shapan Chowdhury' means exciting stage performance and concert. Shapan Chowdhury and his team also perform from the Fobana Conference in America to Middle East and many countries in the Asia . He is very much interested traditional. He is very much interested in traditional folk music. For that he had changed his band name in to "Banglar Baul". The music Collection in the last album bears the Bangladeshi culture, tradition and heritage.
Singer Shapan Chowdhury formed the first ever Bangladesh Music federation With the musician in 2001 founder chairman, he was producer and director of a programme named “Band Mela” in the BTV, he also get many National & International Awards several times, in this year he got award as best organizer of the CJFB, Euro cola Award & TRAB Award., Shapan Chowdhury also handled the post of Chairman of Australia Bangladesh Cultural Association. he is always try to help the distressed people up to date Shapan Chowdhury 1.5 hundred US$.
